Sophie Carroll

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or the pressure to hold everything together? Maybe you’re stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, grieving a loss, or navigating a life transition that feels heavier than you expected. You might be exhausted from trying to appear “fine” while something inside you is asking for support, understanding, or a place to land.

In our work together, you’ll have a calm, non-judgmental space to slow down and make sense of what you’re carrying. We’ll explore the stories and inner voices that shape your day-to-day life, gently untangle what’s weighing you down, and reconnect you with your strengths, values, and sense of self. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change, one step at a time.

As someone with lived experience of a physical disability, I also understand the emotional and identity-related complexities of navigating a world that isn’t always built with your needs in mind. You won’t have to explain or minimize your experience with me; I will meet you with empathy, understanding, and respect.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more supported in what you’re going through, I’d be honoured to work with you.
