Carleigh Monk
Registered Psychotherapist, Clinic Director, BA(Hons), MACP
Carleigh is a Registered Psychotherapist providing therapy in Fergus, Ontario, supporting adults (18+) who are navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and challenges related to self-esteem and relationships.
She specializes in working with anxious and avoidant attachment, helping clients understand how early experiences and childhood attachment wounds may be shaping their current patterns. Many of the individuals Carleigh works with struggle with trust, fear of abandonment or rejection, and persistent feelings of loneliness or disconnection.
Using a compassionate and insight-oriented approach, Carleigh integrates evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, to support trauma processing and inner child healing. Together, you’ll explore the roots of these patterns, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier, more secure ways of relating to yourself and others.
Clients often come to Carleigh feeling stuck or unsure of themselves, and through therapy, begin to experience greater clarity, self-worth, and a deeper sense of connection and belonging.
If you’re ready to explore how your past may be impacting your present and begin healing, Carleigh offers a supportive space to help you move forward with confidence and authenticity.
