I strive to meet you where you are in your journey, and approach you from a place of curiosity while walking alongside you as you learn about yourself, discover your desires for life, and ultimately help you to uncover and embrace your authentic self.


As humans we all have a struggle, but it is my belief that we do not have to struggle alone. I offer a safe and supportive space for you to share your story, feel heard, and be seen. Together we can work through the pain points in your life by learning more about how you view yourself, others, and the world.
